We know that very few people actually complete their new year's resolutions so WHY do we keep bothering with them? Should we? I don't think so. In this episode, I give you a much better option and how to make it work for you.
Our Ego isn't a 'bad' thing!
It's a bit of a controversial opinion and I might ruffle a few feathers with those who think they need to get 'rid' of their ego, but our ego isn't a bad thing necessarily and you can't get rid of it.
It just doesn't work that way. Instead, learn to embrace your ego and use the huffing and puffing it sends out to further your own personal development and awareness.
