You can't heal the things you are unwilling to face. In this community engagement I get straight in to the social norm that is a "talking white" is myth. It's a real thing and we need to talk about why it exist , how the lack of awareness of assimilating to another's culture to survive can cause harm to the psyche and self esteem of melanated beings when we deny our full experience.

In the Black community we have focused so much on toxic masculinity in US all, I figure displaying of how both genders can have healthy conversation could help US all heal ourselves and others.

Two beautiful Gentlemen, Holistic Health Warriors and so much more joined me in community to speak on their experience with how eating a Vegan diet has affected them and their perspective on life.

Our socialization often has Us focus on negative projections so that we can protect ourselves against others, but what about the positive projections that empower Us to build strong relationships with others? 

Gentleness, we all need a LOT of that!

Yea it's 2022 and it's about that time that the physical woman step to declare what she needs to have a healthy environment: mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
