A FCKN Survivor, NOT a FCKN Victim with Maron Earn
In this week’s episode of RFT, Brenna talks with an absolute girl-boss Maren Earn. Maren kicks ass as the founder of SheWeed, a cannabis company created by women for women! SheWeed’s goal is to provide women a safe space for cannabis use and acceptance, fostering a community of support and togetherness. However, despite SheWeed’s growing popularity, Maren is only just starting to tell her own story. Maren reveals her experience of being kidnapped for almost 100 days, and the brutal trauma that followed her as a victim of human trafficking years after being saved. Maren’s tragic story reminds us the importance of recognizing and facing what we’re the most scared of- and the strength that grows from that. Kicked off the FCKN team with Morgan Urso
On this week’s episode of RFT, Brenna chats with probably the coolest 15 year old you’ll ever meet, Morgan Urso. Although Morgan may be our youngest guest ever, she is no less wise and capable of offering her own perspective on mental health and personal struggles. When Morgan voices her struggles to someone she considered a mentor, the response she received was less than ideal when she ended up being cut off from her hockey team and teammates. But when Morgan felt her greatest support system fade away, she did everything but give up. Her story unfortunately highlights the reality that some people still consider mental health taboo but it also gives us hope for societal change as long people like Morgan continue to speak up, ultimately paving the way for the rest of us. Laughter is the best FCKN medicine with Jaime Chaifetz

Jaime shares her story, as well as the most helpful coping skill she utilized; laughter. Jaime has a web series titled ‘Effectively Schizo’ which is a mental health comedy series covering what it’s like to live with schizoaffective disorder. FCKN 2020 with Ailis DeTommaso, Jenna Lopez and Nadia Tavella
On the season finale of Real FCKN Talk, Brenna talks (once again) with producer, editor and best friend Ailis DeTommaso about all the ways 2020 fcked us up and fcked us over.  However, with special guests Jenna Lopez and Nadia Tavella, the girls also uncover what this dumpster fire year has taught us about the most important thing in life...ourselves.  We would be amiss not to shed light on all the ways 2020 brought out the best in us, even if it meant bringing out the worst first for that to be possible.  2020 will forever be remembered for the Covid Pandemic, for the ongoing fight against Racial Injustice,  for the monumental shift in presidency, and sadly, the lives lost.  But 2020 will also be remembered as the year superheroes walked the earth- disguised as doctors, nurses, teachers, delivery men/women and all the workers who did all they could to maintain the livelihood of people in their community.  2020 is the year we learned never to take a hug from friend or a smile from a stranger for granted. 2020 is the year we revealed what was most important in life.  But 2021 is the year we take our FCKN lives back.   See you next year FCKERS, and thank you all for listening.

Ep 0: What the fck am I doing?
My name is Brenna Guinan. I'm a Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counselor. Working with clients I tend to hear "your life must be so perfect" and it got me thinking, why do we think anyone has a perfect life? My goal here is to create a platform where we can all let our walls down a little bit and open up about our perfectly imperfect lives. I'll interview people from different walks of life and talk about what grinds their gears and what they've been through. We've all been through shit, why not be REAL about it?
