In our second Mind & Body episode we have the incredible Dr. Stefan Richter and Maddison Katchem in Studio 51.

Stefan Richter is a critical care MD working in ICUs in Los Angeles. His experience with end of life issues and a prior background in neuroscience have led him to an exploration of consciousness and perception, with an academic interest in psychedelics for positive growth. He also has a PhD in public health, and does science communication and outreach on the Coronavirus pandemic. When the world isn't in a pandemic, he teaches partner acrobatics and spends time on the festival/Burning Man circuit.

The Brian Moreno Show is a west coast comedy, news, interview, sports, gambling, health, fitness and opinion show that features ex-comedian, ex-actor, ex-writer, current Director Brian Moreno and his crazy ideas and crazier friends. Brian is best known for his work as the final emcee of the House of Blues Sunset, his stand up comedy in Los Angeles and around the country but since those days are done (for now) he now focuses on his dog, this show and his COMING SOON documentary about the storming of Area 51.

Part #2 of this amazing interview with the one and only Ori Spado. Hollywood's original gangster opens up about so many things in his life including the details of his time in “the life” and his long battle with the FBI—whose overwhelming resources made it a fight that was impossible to win.

Brian Schlesinger (@bschlesi),  and Brian Moreno (@morenothealien) deep dive into Ori Spado's (@theaccidentalgangster) past experiences with the FBI, Psycics, the big scores, women, jail, choosing to not be made and everything else Brian could think of.  Ori minces no words and he tells it exactly how it is.   

Ori not only has a unique perspective on life he is a one of a kind friend and father and I think everyone can learn from a life like his.

Our Co-host Maddison is also one of a kind. Maddison Lee is a Los Angeles based massage therapist and health coach. She is driven by a passion for supporting others in reaching their goals and creating opportunities for those who feel overwhelmed by mainstream health approaches. Over the past two years she has developed classes for self massage, stretching and exercise with a focus on increasing body awareness through education and exploration as well teaching lymphatic boosting techniques for overall stress reduction and vitality. Maddison draws from her certifications across many modalities including yoga, personal training, and stretch therapy to create lifestyle approaches that work to unify the functionality of body, mind, and spirit.
