After Dr. Ginni Gross experienced a tremendous shift in her health and well being, she developed a passion for changing the course of healthcare in our community. After years of problematic digestive issues, taking multiple prescription drugs, and undergoing invasive medical procedures, she was thankfully introduced to an alternative solution. Through chiropractic, her body was able to heal without drugs or surgery. Dr. Ginni has a reputation for helping people relieve their pain and regain their active lifestyle, quickly.  She utilizes a specific, gentle, and effective technique called Network Spinal Care. Chatting with Shari of Little Blue Deer

Episode 8 features Shari of Little Blue Deer – the designer behind the BYOK website. I have received so many compliments regarding my website I knew I just had to have Shari on the podcast!

Pixel Eyewear is a sponsor of the BYOK podcast. Pixel Eyewear glasses are so freaking stylish + block out the blue light from technology. Search my blog for a post on the harms of blue light + how you can snag a cute pair of these glasses! (ps if you use the code BYOK you’ll save a bunch!)
