Had an absolute blast interviewing Chiara on the YTM show and sharing her incredible 40kgs + weight loss journey.

I met Chiara couple of weeks ago in London at the Peak Summit and I quickly connected with her. She is by far one of the most outgoing and cheering personal trainer I have met in a long time.

Chiara is based in Sheffield where she coaches and have an online coaching platform. Her blog let’s you into her world where she shares her story with its ups and down.

Being a “chubby” kid, she has been on a diet since the age of 12! Her environment wasn’t necessary helping, constantly reminding her of the way she looked.

As a result, she became rebellious to the “you need to lose weight” and fortified her position against any change. One day, she stood up, looked at herself in the mirror and decided to do something.
