Hi guys, and welcome to the first episode of young black and healing. I created this podcast in hopes that I could offer some insight, advice, and resources to aid my black peers in their healing journey because my own mental health was something I battled with for so long. This podcast covers all things black mental health, as well as black mental illness, from the perspective of a young black millennial in today's crazy world.
