Episode 9 - Communtiy
In this episode, we are taking a break from interviewing people, trust me it's not for long but today you'll have 41 minutes and 34 seconds of me talking on community. I started a study on community on February 17th, 2020 and it took several months but those months were so worth it. I honestly can't believe that the reading of my study took 40 minutes but it took months to do I guess that's valid. Even if you, the listener, don't have the same beliefs that I do I really hope that you can get something out of what I am saying.

Episode 8 - Interview with my Mom
Y'all I am so excited about this week's episode!!! I will be interviewing my mom, my mom is someone who is very dear and near to me. This time I am not recording in my basement, which is an improvement. One of the things that really love about being able to talk to my mom is that we can be fun and we can get deep and real at the same time. The theme in this episode turned out to be identity and journey with a relationship with God and others. This is timely because I know that for me 2020 has been a self-discovery year. Even if you don't have the same beliefs that we do I hope that you get something out of listening to us talk that will help you on your journey with yourself.

Episode 7 - Interview with my Little Brother Eli
Episode 6 - Interview with Kait Hurley!
In this episode, I'm interviewing Kait Hurley! Kait is the Co-founder of the Kait app, has a new a podcast, website, and is a master at the moment + meditation method. This episode was so much fun for me, I really enjoyed talking to her about what truly flourishing in life, through the good, bad, relationships, looks like for her on a daily basis. She shares with us what it felt like to be of being the youngest of four and her journey with exercising, as well as advice to people who are on the road she was on. She is full of profound answers, insight, and kindness. One of the things she said that really stuck with me is "There's nothing wrong with pushing yourself, it gets dangerous when we let those tendencies drive and define us."

BONUS EPISODE - A Bunny Trail
Episode 4 - Comparison
In this week's episode I will be taking about comparison! I have a special place and message for talking about comparison and I hope that this episode lifts you up and teaches you that you are beautiful, the world needs all of you even the parts you may not like as much. Just a heads up this episode will be my perspective on comparison and what I've seen in my life and in others so if it's not what you've experienced I am very sorry. My dream is that this episode will help you recognize comparison in your own life and help you how to get out of it so that you can truly nourish, flourish and cultivate your relationship with your self because you matter!
Episode 3 - What have I done in quarantine?
I hope you'll are in the mood for some rambling! In this episode, I am going on many bunny trails and just talking about things I've done in quarantine. Words have gotten to me and I am being HOT (Honest, Open, Transparent)
Episode 2 - Godly Peace vs. Worldly Peace
In this week's episode, I felt compelled to talk about peace and what Godly peace looks like in contrast to worldly peace. Wordly peace says that you can only obtain peace after the storm or have to numb feelings to get it. That is not true and trust me when I say that there is a HUGE difference between Gods' peace that surpasses all understanding and the world's peace. As always Godly peace is way better! I will be answering questions like "what is Godly peace, how do I get it, and is it better?" for my listeners so that they can learn how to navigate, cultivate, and truly flourish in the hardships with Godly peace!
