Figuring out how to read the Qur'an
This was a messy episode, we were trying to figure stuff out. We started by talking about prayer then started discussing how the Qur'an should be read and whether we have the authority to interpret it. Then we made some attempts to explore the second Surah (chapter) of the Qur'an which is Surah Baqarah (The Heifer).
However, we consider reading and understanding the Qur'an a journey and this episode sort of marks our starting point. We hope to make something of the discussions in this episode and progress further in the journey.
