This is an inspiring story of a woman who overcame many obstacles in order to become who she is today.
Named a girl version of modern Forrest Gump in kindergarten, Emmy Cornwell fought through a difficult physical disability that had her wear braces on the top part of her legs.
Additionally, as an adult, focusing her passion for life via dieting and nutrition, she’s found a way to lose pesky weight. Emmy is an incredibly bright, fun, young woman. She has this contagious enthusiasm about everything she does, including her job as a school librarian, Body Confidence Coach, and now a new Podcaster herself.
She became a fitness enthusiast in order to encourage, motivate and teach other women how to be a fierce, confident female, and be happy no matter what.
In this episode, your host, Joanna Sobjanek, sits down with the lovely Emmy, to talk about her journey, her trials and tribulations, and the sacrifices she’s made to achieve her goals. As we listen to her story we learn of her wisdom and personal discovery, and what happiness really means to her today.
