Inner Guru Talk

My second episode with awesome guests! A lovely conversation with Shay & Kimberly about our Human Design experiment as Sacral beings. Shay is a 3/5 Single definition Sacral Generator on the cross of the Vessel of Love with Outer Vision cognition, Possibilities view and Guilt motivation. Kimberly is a 5/2 Quad Split Emotional Generator on the cross of Prevention with Inner Vision cognition, Possibilities view and Innocence motivation. All three of us being right minded, we flow into this episode talking about our experiences with our Sacral response, having a defined Ego, the 5th line projection field, burnout, boundaries, the art of saying no and much more. A short solo episode today. Having an Undefined Head & Ajna center I'm super open and susceptible to other people's pressure to think, know, make sense and understand. When letting these open centers rule your life, it's easy to get overwhelmed and swept away by mental activity. What does it mean to have these centers open/undefined? How to "deal" with this openness and the mental overwhelm? What if it just requires a shift in perspective instead of fixing your mind or getting rid of thoughts? In this episode I share about my own journey, what I observe around me and what I've experienced along the way.

My first guest is here! And today we talk about one of our favourite topics; relationships. Combined with our mutual love for consciousness, spirituality and tantra we contemplate this topic. Obviously with a taste of HD in the mix. Peggy and I are are currently at different stages of our lives when it comes to romantic relationships. Me having my first conscious long-term relationship ever after being single for years, she single after having multiple long-term partners in the past decade. We answer the episode's question from our own experiences and what we perceive in our lives.

The longer I'm in my Human Design experiment, the more I become aware of when my Not-Self themes show up an in what way. Especially in relationships with others, my mind gets triggered. We're all being conditioned all day every day by forces outside of ourselves. Trying to get us away from what is true or good for us.
