"your body does not want to build muscle"  tone up, have curves for you ladies or lads have bigger arms which ever way you want to look at it 


You need to remember that quote 


so next time you go to pick up that lighter weight or try to  quit 5 reps short of your best you will know your body will not change easily and hopefully make a better decsion
