30. What Is Harm Reduction? with Krystina Millar

Krystina Millar (she/her/hers) is a 22-year-old feminist, social justice advocate, and recovering academic living in Bloomington, Indiana. She received a B.A. in Sociology with Honors from Coastal Carolina University in 2019. She is currently a graduate student in the Department of Sociology at Indiana University, where she is finishing up her master's degree in sociology with a concentration in gender, sexuality, and health. She is also a student at Ivy Tech Community College, where she is beginning her studies towards becoming a registered nurse. Outside of the classroom, she volunteers in her community at organizations dedicated to poverty relief, harm reduction, and improving the health of people that society has historically left behind. We are getting to hear her share a little bit about her experiences and her story! We are so grateful to Krystina for talking about a really important topic with us!
