Disconnected from our Sexual Energy: Exploring Desires, Sexuality, Kinks, Intimacy & Combating Low Libido
Let's talk about sex... and let's also make it a goal in 2022 to stop faking orgasms because if we are faking it, that means we are not communicating our wants, needs, desires. NONE OF IT. And why would we do that? Why would we deny ourselves of true pleasure?
Krystin Ross also joins us to discuss the challenges of low libido, how mental health can play a big role in the bedroom and the importance of trusting your body to give you the signals you need to reconnect with your sexual energy.

What it Means to be a Human "Being"
This week's episode I interview Isidora Camus, certified meditation teacher, who assists and guides individuals and communities on how to use mindfulness as a daily tool to stop living on autopilot, connect with themselves, strengthen their relationship and connection to the world around them. Isidora explores the The word ‘human being’ is a composition of a passive and active word. It’s no coincidence that we call ourselves “human beings” instead of just ‘humans’. While humanity is something shared, how we engage in humanity as human beings differentiates us.
We are not simply ‘humans’.
Human= passive / ‘Being’= active.
This stirred a question— What are we being?

Like most characteristics or behaviors, your ego is also developed in childhood. Check On Your Strong Friend
This episode is all about high-functioning anxiety and depression. We all have that one friend that comes to mind, when we think of "the strong one". The one who is RESILIENT and no matter how many times they get knocked down, they get back up. They are the over achievers, the positive ones. They always just seem okay... well I am here to sadly tell you that they probably aren't. So we, as a society, discredit happy people as not having problems. As not ever struggling! Their life seems great, they seem busy, they have friends, a boyfriend, a job, they have their shit together! They wouldn’t be depressed or anxious, they have it all... This episode explores the 2 sides to this problem. That of those with high-functioning disorders, and that of society's misconception of what a depressed or anxious person is suppose to act like.
Reparenting Yourself with Hello, Next Level Podcast
ANOTHER GUEST EPISODE? THAT IS AN HOUR LONG? YUP! This week's episode I got the pleasure to speak with Taylor and Kirstyn about how to "reparent" yourself. Whether that means you came from a broken family or you just didn’t seem to receive the love, comfort or security you needed as a child.. This one is going to help you notice some negative patterns that may have stemmed from a lack of parenting when you were a kid and give you the tools you need to work on those areas you need a little extra love.

The Relationship You Have with Money
I never realized you could have any kind of relationship with money, let alone a bad one. I didn't realize how growing up poor, left an everlasting negative impact on the way I view money or wealth or successful in general. More importantly, I didn't realize that it affected the way that I valued myself as a person well into my adult life. What is the first memory you have where you felt worried or disappointed about money? Think about that when you listen to this week's episode... It will all make sense soon.
You Are Not the Standard
How often do you say "well, if that was me, I would __"? How often do you put yourself into someone else's shoes and cast judgement onto the decisions people make? We all do it. We all get into these patterns of using ourselves as the standard and everyone else is measured from what we perceive as "normal" or "common sense". This week's episode is to help put back into perspective the possibility that our way of thinking, and rationalizing, is not the end all be all. When trying to understand why people make the decisions they do, the question is not what would YOU do, it is what are THEY thinking.
Mindfulness Foundations; for Anxiety and Depression
So todays episode I want to take things back to the basics of mindfulness because it’s a new year, lots of new goals and fresh starts. This is going to be a nice reminder for those struggling with anxiety or depression, just how in control of your mind you are (although it doesn’t always feel like it). Living in the present is so much easier said than done but practicing the basics of mindfulness in this episode are KEY in helping you achieve that "at peace" feeling.
The Hardest Pill You'll Ever Have to Swallow...
This episode is a tough one. Trauma is never an easy topic. But no matter how hard I try to heal, why am I never cured? Well well well...let me tell you! This is without a doubt the hardest pill I have had to swallow.
F*CK a New Year's Resolution
I mean that is the MOST dramatic way possible. I am so over the old and stale new year's resolutions that have just become blanket statements for us dreaming of who we want to be one day. Why do we never check them off? Why do we never achieve these goals? Why are they SO different than any other goal we set? This episode I give you some tips & tricks on how I actually checked off ALL of my 2020 new year's resolutions (and more). New year, new approach. Here's to 2021!
