#2 Team work: How I redesigned the way I work with my team (part 2/2)

#2 Team work: How I redesigned the way I work with my team (part 2/2)

Working 24h a day: how is that possible?

Here is my second part about me & my team, where I discuss my plans for the next couple of months. In my team, I completely redesigned the workflow because I want all tasks to be completed within 24 hours.

In this episode:

It dawned on me: my team in Asia or Europe may still be working when I sleep. In this way, we can work around the clock. Therefore, I need an international team.

- I don't want to rely on just one person for a job; I want a whole team!

- I dislike micromanaging and meetings: I prefer to delegate tasks instead. A quick and smooth communication within a team is the key to success.

- It's still important for me to be in contact with my team. Yes, Instagram plays a big role in that. If that sounds impossible….it might. Stay tuned for my results ;) I'm going to test this concept in the next couple of months.
