His motto “just do it” proves to be really useful. How else should he achieve that people being catered by him change from meat to vegetarian consumption or try out seitan, tofu and similar products as a delicious alternative. Sharing an accommodation smaller than 40 m2 with another person, owning not more than 2 trousers, scheduling the video calls according to the sun produced energy and cleaning up a toilet which leftovers turn into humus after 12 months may not be the daily life of the average European citizen. However, this is the life which Boris chose to pursue several years ago. He has built a totally self-sufficient tiny house on wheels and loves his day routine, starting early in the morning. From nut tasting to plastic reduction - The exciting founding story of mynüssle
In this episode we meet two inspiring founders.
