It’s OK to be nice to people and it’s important to take care your mental stability.

It’s important for you to operate in your higher self. Your subconscious know the answer.

We have a tendency to focus on the past. Specifically the things we regret. It is important for us to “untie the rope” so to speak and move forward with our next adventure.

Everybody have their own Believe system but in this episode I talk about how there is only one GOD in this world.

The opposite of timid will therefore be bold. Bold describes an individual or their behavior as confident and fearless. So, the antonym or opposite of timid is Bold.

In his agony in Gethsemane Jesus prayed three times for a way around his suffering: “Yet not as I will, but as you will…. may your will be done.” (Matthew 26:39,42) The only way for the purpose of God to be accomplished is through the pain and suffering of the Cross.

When someone tells you to “find your niche,” they mean you should find the very specific activity or position that sets you apart and in which you can find success or fulfillment. ... Be Quiet-making little or no noise. To be quiet means you don't make any noise. When you're trying not to wake a sleeping lion, you will be quiet when you run by it. The versatile quiet, which can be a noun, adjective, or verb (to quiet others), is one of those words that is best understood through its antonyms — loud or hectic.

Unforgiveness and your health-Unforgiveness is when you are unwilling or unable to forgive someone for hurting, betraying, breaking your trust or causing you intense emotional pain. Forgiving is highly recommended, as there are various researches that have been carried out which shows that unforgiveness causes health issues including:
* Cancer - 61% of cancer patients have forgiveness issues
* Suppressed anger - people often get angry for any reason have issues associated with forgiveness
* Low self-esteem - lack of self-love stem from not forgiving your self or self-acceptance
* Bitterness - increases the risk of depression
* Constant worrying increases of the risk sleep deprivation and anxiety
* Blood pressure
* Heart disease
When someone has hurt or disappointed you, the logical response would be to think that you’re hurting them by not forgiving them and holding a grudge. The harsh truth is that you’re actually causing yourself more pain by holding on to the anger, and the person that you wish not to forgive has the subconscious power to control you. However, you can get disconnected from the power of control when you forgive.
How to learn to forgive. Decide
When you feel that you have been hurt intensely by someone close to you, it’s very hard to even begin to consider forgiving them, as you want them to feel the pain. However, the first step is to release the emotional pain by making a conscious decision to forgive and let go. This process may take time, due to different emotions that you have to process.
Letting go of the baggage
True forgiveness is when you forgive and forget. However, we are imperfect human beings and although we may forgive we may not always forget as there may be incidents where we are triggered or remaindered of past events. Even if it is a struggle to forget, it’s very important to forgive by letting go of the emotional pain that has been caused.
Take responsibility for that part that you played. You can never control anyone, the only person that you can control is yourself. Taking responsibility for how you allowed someone to hurt you, enables you to set boundaries so you don’t put yourself in the same situation again.
Forgive yourself
It’s easier to forgive others when you learn to forgive yourself. No one can truly hurt you deeply unless you allow them. Sometimes it’s easier to blame others for causing you pain. However, the depth of the pain depends on the boundaries that you set within all your relationships. Forgive yourself for allowing others to treat you with disrespect or emotional pain
Awareness
Be aware of the negative emotions that you feel towards the other person including anger, bitterness, hurt, hatred, and jealousy. Awareness will help you to acknowledge the need to forgive. Holding on to the negative emotions is highly toxic and not good for your health.
Acceptance
You don’t need to make excuses for the person that hurt you. Even if you don’t want them back in your life, it’s essential to accept how you feel and the fact that you can’t change the past.

2 Corinthians 5:7-10.For we live by faith, not by sight. 8 We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord. 9 So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it. 10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. Fear-an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. Have only confidence in Christ Jesus

Life is about learning. Freedom brings achievement at all time.

Life-Deuteronomy 30:19 This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live. Remember your life is beautiful and always choose peace over toxic people or toxic environment and learn to create your peace at all time.

2Timothy chapter 1-7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind! I just want to let you know that your mind is so beautiful so wonderful so creative. Please don’t let nothing in this world to control your mind.

The devil of the world was not only controlling but he had a spirit of murder. That the same spirit is alive and well today and is trying it’s best to destroy every leader that God has called to be the body of Christ. Who owns the remote control of your mind? In reality, only two people could have their hands on it Jesus Christ or the devil. Whoever has the remote control in their hands owns the real estate of your mind. If they own that, they own your decisions and where you are heading in your life.

The world is not what it is right now but I believe that sometimes it’s OK to sit down and take a breath. Because everything that we breeding it’s a spirit and what I realize the best breath of fresh air is Christ.

Peace of mind is a state of mental and emotional balance and calm, free of worries, fears or stress. In this state, the mind is quiet, and you experience a gentle sense of happiness and freedom. Such peaceful moments are not as rare as you may think. Be self contained with Christ.Complete, or having all that is needed, in itself. I’M

Anybody who believe lies about you, before even hearing your side of the story. Was already looking for a way to be AGAINST you. Be careful who you allowed in your circle not everybody is family. Perception-the ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses.

Rejection-the dismissing or refusing of a proposal, idea, etc. the spurning of a person's affections. Rejection is part of life and I think it is important to teach our children early so that they can understand. It is not the end of the world if you get rejected because there’s people out there that will not reject you. And I think also it is important to teach them how select quality friends.

Everybody’s need a savior because he’s the only person that I understand what you’re going through. So do not give up on I’m/Jesus Christ.

I believe that it’s important to teach our children healthy life. It is important to teach them love and respect. And teach them they love God. Meaning of Hate is feel intense or passionate dislike for (someone). Do not teach your children to hate or don’t let them see you hating someone.

Reborn-brought back to life or activity. having experienced a complete spiritual change.

Love those who respect you! And be careful who you let close to you. Judas-a peephole in a door. And trust those who respect you. Judas- A person treacherous enough to betray a friend; traitor.

a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. a feeling of trust.

One thing that I have learned is that there are some people are not ready to be save. The best thing you can do for them is to hope that one day they will be ready.

One thing that I have realize about life is never hold a grudge. Let it go so that you can be free and always pray for your enemies and those who despise you.

Glad-causing happiness. Just remember you are still in it to win. Marvelous means wonderful, extraordinary, fabulous, superb, excellent. In this sense, it is often used to praise things like works of art and artistic performances. Marvelous is the adjective form of the noun marvel, which most commonly means a thing that causes wonder.
