#06 Sophie - Pilates Works
Sophie is Pilates Instructor in my hometown of Southport in England.
Sophie went to her first Pilates class in London in 2002, it was injury and pregnancy that led her to pilates initially and she was hooked from day one. Enjoying the movement, strengthening and mental focus that went with it.
In 2017, she completed her fully comprehensive training under second generation Pilates teacher, Kirk Smith, at the Classical Pilates Centre in Cheshire.
The next challenge after her time with Kirk was finding the right space for a Wall Tower studio. Once found she opened Pilates Works in February 2019 was established as the first Classical Pilates studio in Sefton and Merseyside in England.
