Awakening to Your Truth

After meditating this morning and writing in my journal I felt inspired to share a message. Learning to follow my intuition and share when I feel called. Its not perfect but if you don't start somewhere you will never start at all.

I began this journey in 2011 and have learned so much. My thoughts and beliefs have changed from the beginning to where I am now. I didn't know where to turn at the time so I want to be able to help you navigate this journey. I will be dedicating my podcast to lessons I've learned and gone through. As well as answering anyone's questions they might have.

After an almost 5 year relationship comes to an end I share some way's I'm dealing with it.  I also talk about how I'm learning to accept and love myself as I'm approaching my 44th year of life. 

Its been a while! In todays episode I draw my first card for you from the Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck. I related to the card fully and I'm sure you will too. I talk about the changes happening in the world. Ways the universe communicates to us and more.  Enjoy!
