Hey everyone!

I'm in Costa Rica spending time with the Kogi Mamos! It is pure magic here. Getting awakened by the howler monkeys and the sounds of the jungle are things I didn't realize I missed!

The world is not falling apart. We are breaking open.

The universe only understands your vibration; the energy behind your words and action. It is a mirror of what you are BEING.

Our brain waves (gamma, beta, alpha, theta, and delta) affect how we create our reality and experience.

High beta is anxiety, stress and alertness.

Alpha is the analytical thinking mind.

Theta is crossing into daydreaming and meditation, which is beyond the physical self and matter, connecting with energy of creation.

Delta is sleeping or dreaming.

Gamma is a super conscious state achieved by monks and when reaching the "kundalini" awakening.

When you take your attention off of the physical 3D world, you move beyond matter into creation and energy.

Self-love, knowing that you are enough and you are worthy, are the first steps into creating and manifesting the life you desire.

Remember from the figure 4 podcast that is takes 3 things to create - intelligence (thoughts and intention, energy (love or elevated emotion) and sound (your voice speaking it into existence). 

Make a DECISION and CHOOSE to love yourself today! It may feel awkward or weird, but you will begin a new chemical cascade in your body that shifts your energy and your experience. 

Often, I get patients who are labeled as “schizophrenic, ADD, depressed, on the spectrum, bipolar” and so on. They feel they have tried everything with conventional therapy and are not getting ahead of their problems. They feel their therapist has labeled them and doesn’t believe or understand what the person is experiencing as real.

I have witnessed many patients of mine who came into my office as suicidal, depressed or bipolar, leave feeling at peace, calm, validated and happy.

You see, often these types of people are simply high-sensory beings. They are sensitive to sound, light, they are easily disturbed, they can detect lies and have no problem pointing it out, they can “hear voices” or “see other beings” that no one can.

But there is nothing wrong with them. They are empathic and intuitive beings. They are more attuned to sense energy than the average person.

There has not been enough medical research done to understand their gifts. While therapy can be great for some, what I am hearing from my patients is that it is not enough. The medical field does not have a frame of reference to give them the support they need.

Yet, I regularly have nurses and doctors come to me for personal treatment, or send me their “lost cause’ cases. The medical field is beginning to realize that there is more to healing than they know.

One patient who is a doctor said, “I am an MD of cancer research and was very skeptical about any other procedures except medical treatments. I never thought I could get this type of result so quickly! My back pain was gone after the first session.  My negative thoughts are gone. Things were shifted . I have my energy back, I have my power back and I have my happiness back. I would gladly recommend Cindy. I feel everyone needs this! Love + Intelligence creates a spark (light), which reflects and creates forms and shapes (matter).

Matter is the reflection of that spark of curiosity and creative intent.

With focusing your intelligence, backed by your loving emotions, sparks will create your dreams into matter.

The figure 4 energy pattern goes as such: one would touch the forehead (intelligence), the heart (love) and cross from the left shoulder to the right (crossing the throat, which speaks things into being, into matter).

When these 3 elements intersect it creates the triangle, and thus the 4 as the energy continues to move. 1, 2 and 3 put together creates the 4th.

In Christianity, when making the sign of the cross, one would touch the forehead (intelligence), the heart (love) and cross from the left shoulder to the right (crossing the throat, which speaks things into being, into matter).

The pattern of the upside-down and backwards 4 is the pattern of creation and how the energy moves. (This was mentioned before in one of the podcasts from the ION's channelings).

When these 3 elements intersect it creates the triangle, and thus the 4 as the energy continues to move. 1, 2 and 3 put together creates the 4th.

The Vedic teachings of the Brahmins tell us all we need to know about creation and our ability to create. 

The Isha Upanishad states, “the Brahman forms everything that is living or non-living … the wise man knows that all beings are identical with his self, and his self is the self of all beings.”

With combined theories of quantum mechanics and the Brahmin teachings, we realize that when we are aware of and "observe" the wave, it becomes a particle and creates matter. 

So that means that with intelligence (intent) and wave (energy/love creation frequency) we create matter.

Love + Intelligence + light (which is the reflection of that spark of curiosity and creative intent) = matter!

You can create whatever you desire with the creative frequency of love, your intent, to create light that forms into matter as your will.
