Episode 4: Is It Anaphylaxis or Anxiety?
Anaphylaxis is a serious and scary condition that can be life-threatening. Many times, anxiety mimics our worst fears and anaphylaxis can be anxiety-inducing. In this episode, I break down allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, and how to differentiate true anaphylaxis from a panic attack. As someone who has serious anaphylaxis and has anxiety, I understand how difficult living with an anaphylactic condition can be. I have also tried to break down all the terms I use so stick around for that! As always you can follow me on instagram and on my website, https://chronicpainschronicgains.weebly.com/.

Episode 1: A BRIEF Overview A To Why I Advocate So Much
In this episode I will give you some background information about me and why I believe I am qualified to be as strong of an advocate as I am for people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, disability, or long-term injury. This is in no way a complete history about what I've been through but I wanted to give some of my background before jumping into more fun episodes. As always, you can learn more about me on my Instagram or my website! Please let me know what you think and what content you'd like to hear from me.
