Powerful Manifestation Tips: Slow Down!
After a considerably slower 2020, many of us have decided to cram a lot more action and activities into 2021, even if in some aspects not much has changed since the last year. I totally get that though, there is a need to move forward and to do something different now, and working toward goals that are important to you (and maybe have been set aside due to the pandemic and other turmoil last year) is on your mind.
However, today, I want to remind you to slow down. In today's podcast, I make a case for how slowing down just a little can assist you in manifesting the life of your dreams. Yes, of course, you should take action, but there are also benefits in hitting the pause button every once in a while.

Letting Go - Meditation And Mantra
Today, I am sharing with you a short meditation and mantra, designed to help you let go of negative emotions, worries, and thoughts, that may hold you back from creating the life of your dreams in 2021.

Releasing negative emotions is an essential part of the co-creation process, but often easier said than done, especially after a turbulent year, as the one we have just left behind. Instead of suppressing those emotions, however, it is wise to utilize a technique of releasing them, using the power of meditation and mantras.
The mantra I am sharing with you today is deceptively simple, yet powerful, and can be utilized at any point, in conjunction with this meditation or as a stand-alone practice.
Letting Go Mantra:
I surrender
