Ep15: Learning Styles - Myths and misunderstandings
Learning Styles - potentially one of the most polarising topics in L&D. But there seems to be a lot of misunderstanding and myths surrounding this topic. And it many cases, it seems when we talk about learning styles, we may not all be speaking about the same thing. So I invited Andy Houghton to have a bit of a chate and hopefully clear things up a bit.

Ep. 04: Sturgeon's law: Google it. (the eLearning episode)
It's the episode that you (yes, you) have been waiting for... Matt and Raf talk eLearning. They're tempted to jump back onto the very bandwagon that they were driving years ago: Most eLearning sucks. But does it?
They explore why so many people hate eLearning, Matt proves that he is terrible at asking hypothetical questions and they both come up with a billion dollar business idea to outsource eLearning participation.
Thanks for listening. Our next batch of episodes will feature guests. We'd love to explore a wide variety of ideas and perspectives, so get in touch if you'd like to be part of an episode.

Ep. 3: The gang sells out (the top 10 things we'd change about L&D)
It's episode 3 there is already a top 10 list. This is unacceptable and surely a complete sell out to get more subscribers.
To make matters worse (or better?) there is no terrible dad joke intro. What's going?
Anyway, Matt and Raf discuss approximately 5 things each that they'd like to see happen in L&D.

Ep. 2: An introduction to accessible learning design
Matt and Raf get serious (minus the pretty bad Dad joke at the start) to talk about a topic that's incredibly important, but not discussed enough in L&D - accessibility. Raf takes us through some of the basics like the definition of accessibility and WCAG, but explains that you need to know a lot more than that. He covers considerations for tackling permanent impairments, but also gives examples of situational and temporary impairments that you may not be thinking about.
