If you were born in the early to mid 80s then you are who this podcast is for! The idea of turning 40 may feel a tad bit heavy, like you're officially old, but don't fret as we remind you; 40 is not old, it's the new young.

Low-income households are spending a larger proportion than average on energy and food and are said to be more affected by price increases. On the 5th September Chris kaba was fatally shot by armed police whilst traveling in a car in south London. He was 24 years old and was due to become a father. An investigation went under way, which was later confirmed as a homicide investigation.

S3 E21: Allegedly Nigeria is no longer using 'white' people for any visual or voice over adverts in their country - Is this okay or a double standard?
This week in the news and the blogs it was alleged that Nigeria would become the first African country that will no longer use foreign models or non-Africans for any visual or voice over advertising starting from October 2022.
