Ep. 36 - What makes us thrive as humans?
Welcome back guys!
This episode features my 2nd chat with Jordan Jensen. Jordan was introduced through a mutual friend, and former guest of the podcast, Alex Tibbels. Jordan works hard to promote self awareness in men and has a wealth of experience to share. He's a huge advocate for mental health and works closely with individuals, and couples to create transparency and healthier relationships.
In this episode, we chat about what Jordan is currently working towards in the space of relationship coaching, what his training regime looks like having recently signed up for the Man-made challenge, and we chat about what makes us thrive as humans. You can find Jordan at:

Ep. 34 - Black lives matter through an Indigenous lens.
We are so happy to be back with you all! Life has been crazy so we have been taking a little break but today we are back with a very important episode.
Meet Sophie, Birrahlee & Ebony. Three proud Indigenous women.
With everything that is happening in the world right now we felt that it was important for us to listen and to learn about what is happening on our own doorstep. Sophie, Ebony and Birrahlee helped to educate us and all of you as well as share their own experiences and insight.
It is up to ALL of us to help drive the changes that need to happen here in Australia and the rest of the world and to put and end to racism.

Ep. 33 - Black lives matter.
Welcome back to another episode everyone! This week I (Codie) wanted to speak about something a bit different to what we would usually talk about but something that is extremely important.
I am claiming to be educated on this topic by any means but I could not stay silent.
We have all seen the havoc and the devastation that has been occurring in the USA this past week. It is distressing and overwhelming but it is an awakening. It is not okay that it has taken death for us to see what is happening still to POC and for this to be a wake up call. I am guilty to be uneducated on these issues until now both in the USA and in Australia with the indigenous community.
So now I choose to learn. I choose to listen. I choose to stand by all POC. I choose to speak even if I don't know what to say. I chose to be actively anti racist.
Where can you educate yourself?

I really enjoyed this chat, and we've already scheduled in a second episode, to narrow in on a specific topic of mutual interest.
Apologies for the quality of audio in this episode guys, we experienced some technical issues early on and I had to resort to standard earphones and mic. There's plenty of gold in the content nonetheless.
