After a long hiatus, the DCR Podcast is back in business!! The episode breaks down the hiatus, the Philadelphia Eagles and their new hires, the AFC/NFC Championship Review, and the impact of Kobe Bryant. 

Back with a little health and wellness on the DCR podcast. Host Connor MacKinnon and special guest Jacqueline Olar focus on her career as a fitness trainer and how she builds around the mental health aspect of it before anything else. Also, when you get two Canadians on a podcast, Tim Hortons had to be brought up. 

The DCR Podcast is back with special guest Mark Brown. Host Connor MacKinnon and Mark go way back to when they started off as reporters at KTSW Sports at Texas State University. The focus of this episode is about Mark and what he plans to do for a career and what it takes to be successful. For the listeners, this is a special guy with a special mindset, and if listening to him doesn't get you motivated well... I don't know what will.
