In the last episode of the series, "Becoming A Warrant Officer", Ollie Mac shares what he has learned during the process to progress and offers advice on how to stay in the fight.

After sharing his thoughts, his story, and his experience of Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS), Ollie Mac enlists the help of fellow classmate Mr. Jon Jones to offer his thoughts, his story, and his experience as well. Jon gives the inside scoop of his process to becoming a warrant officer from the Army National Guard (ARNG) perspective.

After taking a long break, Ollie Mac returns with a two part special episodes of Becoming A Warrant Officer. Ollie Mac tells his story, his experience, and shares some of the valuable things he learned while attending the preeminent United States Army Warrant Officer Candidate School at Fort Novosel, Alabama.

Ollie Mac continues The Miseducation of Woke Series with Critical Race Theory 2. In this episode, Ollie Mac gives the definition of critical race theory, the founders of this school of thought, and how we can move forward as critical thinkers with tough subjects.

Ollie Mac returns after a bought with "The VID (COVID-19)" to the much anticipated episode in "The Miseducation of Woke" Series with Critical Race Theory or CRT. Ollie Mac defines what CRT is, where it started, how misinformation and disinformation is being used within CRT, and what we must do as citizens to be better critical thinkers and to avoid analytical pitfalls. January 7, 2023 will be a day that we will all remember. Just like March 1991, when a bystander happen to record the beating of Rodney King, we witnessed another beating of Tyre Nichols by those sworn to protect us, the police. Ollie Mack shares his perspectives on police brutality and where we should go from here.

There are a lot of things that have occurred during this season. From the mass shootings in Buffalo, NY, Uvalde, TX, and Highland Park, IL to Nick Saban and other coaches discussing their dislike about NIL (name, image, and likeness) deals. On this season finale, Ollie Mac surprises everyone, including himself, on deciding not to talk about things, but talk about accomplishments he has learned this season. Also, its his anniversary too!!

As we get older, we tend to look back or reflect on our lives and start to wish that some of the things we know now, we learned earlier. Some of those things we rely on our parents or school to teach us, but sometimes, parents just don't know. Schools have other priorities and we're left gasping for air like a fish without water. Joining Ollie Mac today is Mitchel Lausa and they discuss an important topic that a lot of parents didn't teach their children when they were young......money and wealth. 

According to The Pew Research Center, "The coronavirus outbreak has pushed millions of Americans, especially young adults, to move in with family members. The share of 18-to 29-year olds living with their parents has become a majority since U.S. coronavirus cases began spreading early this year, surpassing the previous peak during the Great Depression era." Ollie Mac has a conversation with his oldest son, Undra' Smith,  about the "Leaving the Nest" on when it is the best time to leave and some practical advice for parents.

If you didn't know, the month of April is designated as the Month of the Military Child which emphasizes the very important role military children play in the armed forces community. During this time, military children across the United States and overseas are celebrated for the daily sacrifices and challenges they face and overcome. Ollie Mac is joined by Kyle McLin and they give a peak into what life is like being a military child. 

On this special episode, Ollie Mac is joined by fellow Sparta, Hancock County, Georgia native Lakesha Jones and they discuss her campaign strategy and goals for the Hancock County Board of Education's District 2 seat. 

On May 5th, controversial style, image, and relationship consultant Kevin Samuels suddenly passed away. Although Kevin Samuels had many viewers and subscribers, his viewpoints about women and relationships caused a stir amongst many black women. Ollie Mac along with Donte Best discuss the impact Kevin Samuels had on men and women and what we must do to move forward.

Accepting what you look like or being comfortable with your body is a struggle that many people face. It often effects women and black women have had to deal with this for centuries. Ollie Mac talks with his youngest daughter Zion and they discuss the ways she overcame issues with her body and provides advice on being positive with your body.

The college football world is being shaken up by one person by the name of Coach Deion "Prime Time" Sanders. HBCUs are on the come up and have been since their existence, but recently Coach Deion "Prime Time" Sanders has set a standard that the world has to notice. 

In this bonus episode, Ollie Mac welcomes Army veterans Amanda Dillon and Gabby Stephens to the show as they give their perspectives on Afghanistan and what lies for the future of the country. 

As everything does, the Afghanistan withdrawal has waned in the media. Now that the U.S. is preparing to provide humanitarian aid to the people of Afghanistan, it appears that the U.S. is not going anywhere. Who should take the blame for such a failed withdrawal? That question will probably go unanswered. However, the feelings of veterans will not. Joining Ollie Mac to discuss this is Jesse Havard. Jesse is a retired Army senior noncommissioned officer and Purple Heart recipient (combat wounded) with six tours to Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom), mostly with U.S. Special Operations to provide his insights on the withdrawal.
