Terease Baker-Bell is a 22-year Sales and Marketing Professional who has worked with IBM, and Microsoft and is currently Regional Vice President | Tableau Alliances at Salesforce and founder and CEO of Selinity Incorporated. Terease Baker-Bell founded Selinity Inc. in February 2009, a year after getting divorced and, begrudgingly, becoming a single mother. She has overcome several major setbacks in life but has triumphed in every situation and has acquired a passion for helping others to do the same. 

In her powerful book, Terease Baker-Bell provides Biblical insights and truths to transform your thinking. She chronicles a 12-week Bible study on being single conducted during the 2020 pandemic with a group of women. She draws on her personal experiences to illustrate how God rescued her from the pain of divorce, established her as a single mother of two, and catapulted her as a career woman of twenty-five years. She introduces you to a process of learning to depend on God rather than man while demystifying biblical truths on waiting, dating, and relationships.

Tina released her first book ”It Happened To Me” and a new fitness line in 2021 but has been teaching and training for many years.

She has been in the personal training business since 1989. She holds several certifications through the American Aerobics Association International & International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA) and the YMCA. Certified in Sports Nutrition, Nutrition and Weight-training, she has been a Fitness Trainer since 1997. In August 2019, she was awarded the Power Moves: Best in Healthcare award. Tina is passionate about helping people live healthy lifestyles. A native of Southern California, she now resides in Brentwood, Tennessee where she has been operating her own personal training business since 1999.

Marilyn Randolph earned her BS degree in Human Services and AA in ECE, and Business. She is owner and director of a Family Child Care facility that been in operation since 1984.  Marilyn has impeccable professional credentials.

Marilyn Randolph is also the Executive Director and Founder of Women Rising Above Abuse, an organization that was established in 2016. Women Rising Above Abuse (WRAA) is a nonprofit organization that is set out to empower, strength and uplift those that have suffered from abuse. Helping women and youth that were victims of sexual, emotional, and physical abuse.

Founder of the Betty Howard Memorial scholarship fund, a fund that was started in honor of her grandmother in March 2011, a scholarship that was created to help students in Early Childhood Education. A merit award of 250.00 is annually bestowed to the winner of the scholarship. Along with these efforts, she oversees the distribution of gifts to over 100 children in the community every Christmas and has been delivering such joy over the past 15 plus years.

Ashley and Kassam Bhegani are both born and raised in Nashville, TN. They are alumni at Tennessee Technological University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business and Civil Engineering. They have been married for over 8 years and have two children, son Kassam and daughter Keira. Kassam and Ashley long aspired to own their own businesses but were not sure which industry to enter or how to begin. In 2014, after experiencing long waiting lists for their daughter at their local childcare centers, Ashley expressed interest in opening one in the area. They soon decided to take on that challenge, starting their first childcare business, Children’s Corner at Main Street, October 2014 in Spring Hill, TN. After many lessons and persistence, they have now acquired two additional centers. With a clearer vision of how to merge their passions and training/educational backgrounds, they have been growing their footprint in the engineering and real estate industries. Their umbrella corporation, Bhegani Enterprises, Inc. encompasses the engineering, real estate, and education industries. They prioritize childcare center acquisitions, offer civil engineering consultancy services and STEM workshops/tutoring. Now, Ashley and Kassam are actively seeking two childcare center acquisitions and are excited about the positive impact this will bring to the local community and overall goals.
