I also explain what the Kabbalah is and how to understand it's complexities. Boredom and Inspiration
In this podcast I talk about boredom and how it results from our own internal conception of ourselves. Our souls need to be fed and our minds need stimulation. When there is a lack of stimulation, we feel what is called boredom, and it can be a catalyst for good or bad. It is not up to decide how we feel, but it is up to us to decide what we do with our emotions.
Depression
Continuing my "emotion" series, I bring you this podcast on depression. It explores the mind of depressed individuals, and some of the habits that can develop from it. I also propose various methods to help fight against bad habits, likening the methods to deal with depression to that of addiction.
Fear
This podcast is about fear and how to overcome the anxieties that accompany it. I talk about three distinct methods to combating fear all of which have been utilized by the ancients across time. I also introduce the overall focus of the podcast and where it will be moving from here.
