Pivoting in Your Career with Gina Molinari
An uncertain future is part of life, no matter how much we can fool ourselves to think otherwise when things seem stable. We never know exactly what's around the corner.
Most entrepreneurs, including myself, have had multiple pivots. Sometimes it's out of dissatisfaction and a hunger for purpose - seeking that place we're supposed to be, where we feel put to good use.
Other times it's out of necessity. The way we've done things isn't working anymore and we have to do something different.
The most potent pivots can happen when it's both. We are being forced to change out of necessity and we move towards passion, instead of collapsing into our fear.
That's what Gina Molinari did with her career and one reason why I'm sharing her interview with you first.
Gina Molinari, affectionately known as Gina Mo, is a Confident Communication Coach. She helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs get clear and confident in becoming the face of their business so they can create the consistency that it takes to create momentum, results, and impact with their work. How to Run a Successful Meeting

Meetings are a problem area for almost all my clients. They're thought of as a "necessary evil", "inherently inefficient" and a big old time suck.

I've put together four reasons why your meetings aren't managed well and - most importantly - the tools to fix them.

Optimizing Your Executive Function
If you're a business leader, manager, or ambitious professional, it's essential that you know how to keep yourself and your team in the executive function. Executive function is a set of mental skills that include working memory, flexible thinking, and self-control. We use these skills for strategy, collaboration and creativity.
When you or your team gets knocked out of the executive function by an emotional trigger, (yes, we all have them) you lose time, productivity and money. That's because trouble with executive function can make it hard to focus, follow directions, and handle emotions, among other things.
In this episode, Karin gives you a sneak peek into how she works with individuals, teams and companies to optimize their executive function.
