I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with film writer, producer and director Nicole Sylvester.  She produced and directed a fantastic film titled "Maya & Her Lover".  This is an all black film.  Its one of my best film thus far.  This is a film you can watch over & over again. When you  invite guest over this is a film you can definitely show for entertainment. Family Black History are stories from multiple people who was thoughtful and willing to share their black history from their perspectives.  Every story is unique. I would encourage families to take on this project. This will help educate our youth on what our Black American generations have gone through and done for us in history. We have to realize, our Black American history are becoming more and more obsolete, until one day we are completely forgotten all together.  We cannot allow that to happen! This isn't easy to digest but its true. So these stories that are put together are meaningful! 

This was one of my best BHM projects! It took time putting it together. It was easy for some and difficult for others, but we manage to put it together to make this our last podcast episode for the month of February.  

These stories gives us something to think about and to meditate on.  I really appreciate all the effort and work it took for all who participated in this project.

Lucinda Canty has worked in the nursing field for 30 years.  Nursing is her passion! She loves taken care of people, making sure they are medically nourished. Lucinda joined Crystal Rene on the 90 Day Podcast. We've had a long discussion about this subject and WOW! I've learned a lot just sitting with her for that hour.

Crystal Renee From the 90 Day Podcast, took her last family vacation trip for the year 2021 to Lake George, New York.  Lake George is definitely a tourist attraction with lots to see.  Listen to how I enjoyed the guest and the communication we shared amongst each other. Who really got under my skin during the entire trip. Listen to all the amazing events I participated in and the lovely music I enjoyed so very much. 

The shopping was Pricey but I enjoyed every bit of it. Lake George is a place that I would recommend to anyone to visit.
