Biased AF

By Consciously Unbiased

We believe that we’re all Biased As Fuck, so let’s just own it. Hence, the name of our podcast, Biased AF. Brought to you by the Consciously Unbiased team.

If you like hearing people get real as we dive into tough topics like bias, colorism, income inequality, impostor syndrome and more, we’ve got you.

Yeah, the world may be crazy right now, but we also believe in tapping into the power of the people to organize and bring about change. And change can happen one story at a time.

Because sometimes it requires the occasional disruption to awaken yourself to a new way of thinking.

A Financial Advisor On Fighting Racism At Work

As the George Floyd protests have sparked demands for change to overcome racial injustice, America is more divided than ever. Bias AF is about amplifying diverse voices and activating the Consciously Unbiased community for change. Consciously Unbiased spoke to Ricardo Peters, former financial advisor at JPMorgan Chase. The New York Times published a story called “This Is What Racism Sounds Like in the Banking Industry,” which highlighted Ricardo’s report of discrimination at that institution. Listen to the conversation to hear Ricardo’s solutions for overcoming systemic racism, and what really needs to happen to activate lasting change.
