Phrases like “Calories in, calories out”, “The best diet is the one you can stick with”, and “Discipline is doing what you don’t want to do” get repeated so often that people accept them as absolute truth. But real success in health and fitness comes from understanding nuance and learning how to build sustainable habits based on your preferences, not just following generic advice.
