Prior to founding his company he was an investment analyst and associate at a $1Bn venture fund within NYC. He studied finance and business management at NYU’s Stern School of Business. He loves speaking with founders and learning about what people are dedicating their lives to doing.

It is about time males step up to the plate when it comes to dating and my next guest is doing just that. Dillion is a dating coach and founder of Truth About Dating. His international experience growing up fueled his interest in social psychology and behavioristics.  Due to his interest in psychology, he read countless books on dating and relationships and eventually put what he learned into practice. Years later, he authored a book based on his experience in the dating world, which is currently in the process of being published.

Although he has a non-traditional background, graduating with a BS & MBA in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington & an MSc in Business Consulting & Development from the Novancia Business School in Paris. Having consulted both domestic and international companies in business and gained experience working for the US Government, he eventually took a chance and went all-in on becoming a dating coach.

Due to the current pandemic, Dillion’s resolve has been strengthened even more as people have started to realize the importance of asking for help, especially when it comes to dating. Dillion believes that if we changed the stigma around asking for help, people would not only be happier, but there would be less depression and less violence in the world.

What's up Dating Millennial Fam!? I am happy to be back to work after my long and desperately needed vacation. This episode features my gal pal Jasmine and we talk all things dating. 

Jasmine is a Southern California native who recently made the transition to Las Vegas, NV for a change of lifestyle. She has a passion for sports, entertainment, and adventure. She can be found on the golf course, at the beach, or collecting bets at the local pool hall. Jasmine also enjoys spontaneous travel, especially road trips to nearby adventures... whether it’s to CA to visit family & the beach, or somewhere mountainous for snowboarding, hiking & or camping.

When I first started Dating Millennial, I received a lot of questions from my older friends or friends who have been married for a long time. One question that kept coming up over and over again is, “How do you deal with rejection?” Every time someone asked this question, I just kind of brushed over it like it was not big deal. I put up this tough exterior to make it seem like I was unbreakable which is totally not true. I’m human just like you and rejection 100000% hurts like a b*tch.

It wasn’t until recently where I really needed to think about rejection in a serious way. After another Valentine’s Day ending with me still going to sleep alone and more dates not going anywhere, I found myself really trying to understanding the concept of rejection and disappointment. 

This will probably be the most unique episode to date as I bring on my ex onto the show. Everyone meet Daniel and he is the reason why I started Dating Millennial. We talk about our previous relationship, the good & bad parts, and dish about where we are now. This episode is mostly unedited. Everything that is said on this episode is said out of honesty and free will. I'm so lucky to be in a good place with my ex and I'm blessed to have him in my life. Daniel is a beyond special man and wish him all the happiness in the world! 

I'm beyond stoked to be talking with the founder of BiiDE App, Elwyn Griffith. Elwyn is a globe-trotting, food-loving 37 year-old; born and raised in London and currently living in Leeds (the northeast of England). He is of Caribbean heritage (Jamaica and Barbados).

He spent most of my 20s on the corporate hamster-wheel (banking & finance) and has been spending his 30s doing less taxing consultancy work (usually within private sector IT projects) and traveling around the US / Asia between gigs. His favorite travel destinations are Tokyo, Austin, Edinburgh and (anywhere) Vietnam; his biggest hobbies are crossfit, cooking and playing poker.

Today's episode has so much wealth and knowledge on how to best use dating apps as a true tool! Let me introduce you all to our guest, Perri Schneider.

This has to be one of the most fun episodes to date. I am so blessed to have my best friend Benjamin Berard on Dating Millennial. He is the sunshine of my life and has truly impacted my relationships and dating experience as a whole. 

Benjamin is a 29 year old entrepreneur who owns a private dining company named KETCHEF - where they bring the restaurant experience to your home. After separating from his husband in 2020, Benjamin moved to Las Vegas to not only grow his company, but also to recreate his identity and begin a new chapter in his life. From losing his job, husband and most recently his Grandmother, Benjamin has decided to take the "bad" and transform his "hurt" into "opportunities". Benjamin embodies optimism and uses his damaged past to transform himself into the loving man he is today.

Finally! A dating app that is shaking up the dating & tech industry. Not to mention, the company is founded by a woman! Talk about a huge girl crush for this boss babe!

By night, Taly works to build Blink, a virtual blind speed dating app inspired by a revelatory experience at a blackout restaurant. Making connections with strangers based on conversation alone, free of looks-driven assumptions, sparked the thought: would people date a wider variety of people and find more satisfying relationships if they were able to make an emotional connection with someone before swiping left? In 2020, Taly finally began turning the vision into reality and hopes to change online dating’s looks-first paradigm and, one day, move the concept beyond the dating world. 
By day, Taly works at an AI-powered legal tech company as a Product Manager, having previously worked as a lawyer at a NYC law firm and as a legal operations professional at Netflix and Datadog. Taly earned her Bachelor's degree from New York University in 2011 and her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School in 2015.

Ever wanted to know what it is like to date in Las Vegas? Jared and I dish on the good, bad, and ugly of dating in Las Vegas. Jared and I connected on Instagram as I slid into his DMs and now he has agreed to be on Dating MIllennial! 

Jared is the GM of Ice Bar Las Vegas located in the Linq Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip. This country boy from Western CO has a big smile and an even bigger heart. He is a fantastic fur dad to his cat and loves to live a healthy life style and be outdoors. Jared's hidden talent is education and has 3 college degrees. 

I'm thankful that I shot my shot with this one and that he agreed to be on Dating Millennial even though I slid into his DMs. Maybe chivalry isn't dead folks! This man embodies the essence of a true country gentleman. 

Dating Millennial has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. I never thought that I would be able to talk about something I’m passionate about and have people actually read and listen to what I say. I created Dating Millennial in the hopes of healing my own broken heart, relieve my own anxiety, and hopefully find love for myself one day. I never perdicted that Dating Millennial would teach me the hardest lesson I have probably ever had to learn in my life.

It finally happened! This episode I finally had my twin sister Gabby come on and talk about "The Breakup Pandemic". She has always given me great advice on my relationships & love life. During this episode she provides some interesting insight on relationships and how to stay together during these difficult times. 

One of the best things I ever had in college were some seriously a**hole friends who always to me the truth. I'm so lucky that my friends were able to teach me my selfworth. In this episode we talk about self love, self worth, and gaslighting. It is 2021 y'all and we do not have time for any toxic or negative energy! 

I would like to dedicate this episode to my wonderful mother who has taught me how to love and how to be the best partner I could possibly be. Her love language is acts of service and I learned that from her. I have also learned another love language that I describe in this episode as well. For the Q and A portion of this episode we talk about long distance relationships and the best ways to get through the distance. 

Now we are not here to talk about basketball or sports, although I do love sports!

Being benched is probably one of the most frustrating things that can happen while dating. What is being benched? If you don’t know this term it either means that you have never experienced it (consider yourself lucky) or you have been benched but you had no idea it was happening to you. In the case of the latter, maybe ignorance is bliss.

Imagine you’re on the basketball team and your coach decides to have every player on the team play during the game except you. Now imagine that you are dating a person that you are interested in but they dodge you several times, make excuses on why they can’t see you, or just flat out never respond to you unless they are ready. Now that my friends is what we call being benched.

It is totally sh*tty, but let’s be honest…we are all guilty of benching someone or being benched.

In today's episode, we dive into the concept of “My Man Who Isn’t My Man” and how this relationship can be harmful to you and your well-being. My Man Who Isn’t My Man” is that guy who is essentially like your man (or boyfriend, partner, whatever) but you are not in a committed relationship. We have all been there and have been a slave to this person. And I don’t mean a literal slave but you usually feel incredibly obligated to this person and give them the absolute world. The craziest part is that they do not give it back by any means. Because again, HE IS NOT YOUR MAN! I also talk about commitment and answer the question of "How do I get someone to commit to me?".
