During the pandemic, many of us were maligned and ridiculed as "conspiracy theorists" for defending long held democratic values and for stating elementary scientific truths such as the facts of natural immunity.

In this edition of the FREEDOM IN FOCUS podcast, I discuss some of the truths unveiled by the "conspiracy theorists" and argue they are owed an apology by those who bad-mouthed them, ridiculed them, and tried to shut them up.

The great cover-up failed because the true facts about the disastrous and inhumane pandemic policies are coming out, little by little.

In this episode of Thunder Off Script, I suggest that we should not be complacent about the future of representative democracy. History demonstrates that the drift toward corruption and despotism is only reversed when brave citizens put their reputations, livelihoods, or personal well-being at risk in order to defend the freedom of all.

But there is a bigger issue at stake, namely the type of society we want to live in. We are in imminent danger of being overtaken by collectivism for the foreseeable future. In today's episode, I offer some reflections on the political psychology of involuntary mask-wearing. While ostensibly, mask mandates are justified by public health goals, their scientific rationale is highly contested, and many citizens wear them out of fear or against their own better judgment. Consequently, mask mandates tend to produce irrational conformism with weakly justified social and legal rules, and an atmosphere of distrust between citizens and public officials.
