UC Application Personal Insight Questions
Get a paper and pencil ready (or your laptop)! We dig deep into how to answer each of the personal insight questions of the UC Application. We discuss ways in which you can stand out to the admissions committee and provide several examples! We also give tips on how to fill out the activities and awards section of the application.

Stop Asian American Hate.
With the current rise in hate crimes towards Asian Americans, we'd like to have a conversation about racism in general towards the AAPI community with regards to COVID-19, as well as ways you can help support the community and play your part in the fight against hate.
Dog Owner 101
Are you a dog owner like Alena? Or a prospective dog owner like Sureen? In this episode, Sureen interviews Alena about all the responsibilities that come with being a dog owner and recommendations of dog breeds based on criteria like friendliness and cleanliness. AP Exams 2021
We will be going over when and how the 2021 AP Exams will be administered this year. We also discuss the pros and cons of the 2021 format. We then dive into how to study for different types of AP subjects. Finally, we share our experience with last year's exams—tech issues and a medical emergency!

Let's face it, procrastination is a time management issue that we all have faced at some point in our lives. But there are many ways for us to improve our own time management skills and maintain a better work/school-life balance, and that's what we'll be discussing in this episode.
Effective Study Tips
We will be discussing our tips on how to study more effectively. We will be covering strategies for homework, tests (Sureen's flashcard method!), study guides, note-taking (why we don't like Cornell notes), essays, projects, reading assignments, and much more! We'll also share our online learning tips and tools that we use to succeed in our classes.
Gen Z Kids
We'll be comparing two types of Gen Z kids: 2000s kids and 2010s kids!

That's why we want to give you all deeper level tips about the college application process that should answer your burning questions like: "How do I answer why I want to go to a certain college in an alumni interview?", "How do I create a college list?", "Why are so many students starting up nonprofits?", "What should I be during my summers?", "How do I know which teachers to pick for letters of recommendation?", and much more! We will be covering AP classes, demonstrated interest, interview tips, letters of recommendations, getting awards/honors, research/internships, extracurriculars like sports and music, financial aid, college essays, etc.
We will be featuring a seasoned college applicant like ourselves: Darian Ahmadizadeh!
