Harmonious Awakening: Breathing & Consciousnesses Practices from Dennis Lewis

Guided Sittings With Dennis Lewis: # 3
This sitting explores the relationship of thinking (through intentional counting), attention, and body sensation. And it continues the exploration of the freedom from habitual thoughts and reactive emotions that emerges when we are touch with a more-conscious and complete sensation of our body. If you haven’t yet worked with the first two guided sittings, I suggest you do so before beginning this one.

Guided Sittings with Dennis Lewis: # 1
This is the first of a series of sittings designed to help support the inward journey of awakening to who or what we truly are. This journey is no mere journey of the mind or imagination. It is rather a journey into the energetic dimensions of our own wholeness. It is through sittings such as the ones I offer here that we can begin to develop the inner attention necessary to see ourselves as we are, and can begin to understand how the conscious sensation of the body supports the expansion of consciousness in our lives.

David Hykes & Dennis Lewis: A Celebration of Music & Poetry
From Dennis Lewis: "For my 65th birthday celebration, which took place in 2005, I wrote a poem about my life and presented it, along with some of my favorite poems, to those who gathered to celebrate with Dasha (my wife) and me in our former home in San Francisco.
