Episode 4 - Farewell, but not goodbye!
HP Head of Performance Support; Dr Kellie Pritchard Peschek breaks down what the team have been up to over the past few days, including how our focus as a team changed track midweek from understanding, to delivering ideas that can be built out into fully-fledged solutions to develop the performance-science provisions for our partners; the Football-For-Good Academy.
Episode 3 - Long days, short nights.
In this episode, HP Head of Performance Support; Dr Kellie Pritchard-Peschek shares some insights on behalf of the team, reflecting on their first three days deployed to Kampala as part of Project Uganda.
Episode 2 - Two ears, one mouth
The journey continues with Tim's first day in Kampala ahead of the teams arrival, there's goats, a bird, a marching band, motorbike taxis and a heap of insight from the movers and shakers in the Ugandan sports fraternity and a lot to process from Day 1 of the recce.

Before departing the UK, our Founder; Tim, recorded a brief introduction to the concept and idea behind the Deployment Diary, what Harper Performance CIC actually is and what we're striving to achieve through Project Uganda. Tim also takes a moment to explain why he's heading to Uganda a few days before the team and what he's going to be up to.
In future episodes, we'll be including material recorded 'in situ' and throughout our day so as to bring you to the heart of the action whilst we are deployed overseas, so please bear with us as we get to grips with the format.
