Today's guest is local resident by way of Michigan: Adam Spillman, a local certified breathing and mental skills coach who also specializes in stress relief and anxiety relief. Adam is also a cancer survivor and has an incredible story to share of his survival of cancer after only given a short time to live he is a survivor and shared his experience and now uses that experience to help others.
