In episode 54 We continue our festive interviews with Sage the Goddess from Houston. She was a vendor at our holistic festive in Houston May 2022 She Explains to us how she heals the community with her healing jars. The rituals she goes through to prepare each product she offers. Episode 53: Soul Discussions (Festive Interview with FOA Cooperative) Greetings Divine Feminine Podcast Family.  Join us for soul discussion with Monique.  She is the owner of the FOA Cooperative, a black and indigenous owned grocery store located in San Diego.   She is also co-owner of Soul Goddess, which offers alternative healing modalities focused on utilizing the earth and providing chlorophyll infused supplements.

This series will start broadly speaking about the role of a human (both genders) as it relates to the universe, this reincarnation or lifetime and our obligation to the earth. Episode 39 – Preparation for initiation (Part 5) – Releasing Fear

In this last installment to the series “Preparation for Initiation”, Priestess Haneera Abounu talks about releasing fear. She goes over common misconceptions, that can become obstacles, for those walking the traditional spiritual path.  Priestess Haneera makes clear how each critical component (choosing your teacher, trusting the process, and releasing fear) build upon each other to create a solid foundation for your spiritual journey.

It has been revealed, from the Divine, that the Earth is in a period of restoration.  While most states have experienced some level of shutdown and panic, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Priestess Haneera Abounu teaches us how to recalibrate ourselves with nature.   The Priestess also gives us alternative methods to every day conveniences such as toilet papershortages, as well as explains the importance of developing self-care routine, and making time for meditation.

In episode part 2, of the interview with Dr. Umar Johnson, we discuss the importance of controlling our educational systems and expanding our curriculum for the strengthening of pan-Africa.  Dr. Johnson talks about the development of the Fredrick Douglas Marcus Garvey (F.D.M.G.) Academy and its initiatives for black children.  He also discusses his view on reparations, and breakdowns the economic and psychologic disparities that must be addressed when considering a plan for rectification.

In the final installment of the “rites of passage” series, Priestess Haneera Abounu provides fundamental teachings on the divine family structure which exist within each ancestral lineage. These traditional spiritual and cultural hierarchy’s have been deconstructed by the western world through colonialism and slavery. The essential first step in reclaiming our ancestral identity is through Fa (IFA) divination and initiation. The Priestess teaches us who is Fa (IFA) and what is Fa Initiation.

Episode 23 Its Fall season and in this episode we talk about enrolling the children in school abroad. Benin, which is a small west African French speaking country and is where my family recently relocated to. Although there is a growing English speaking population the major city Cotonou, where we live, the main language is French. Unfortunately, like many of us coming from America my family only speaks English. Learn the benefits and cautions my family weighed in deciding to enroll my english speaking children in a local french speaking school.
