Chahak is the founder of GirlSTEMpowered—an international youth-led organization that aims to encourage interest in STEM amongst girls. With a mission of engage, excite and empower, GirlSTEMpowered creates content on modern STEM concepts, recognizes women who have shattered glass ceilings in STEM, and has collaborated with other youth-led organizations to raise awareness regarding the intersectionality of issues associated with under-representation of women in STEM. As my first interview, I have Nisha Jagtiani, a Senior Product Manager at SunPower Corporation driving the strategy and roadmap for the residential and commercial businesses. She leads her team through the entire product lifecycle, works combining the best of technology, data, product and design to execute a successful product vision. Nisha's specialties include eCommerce, multi-platform ordering and order management experience, omni-channel support, product strategy and managing product roadmaps. In addition, Nisha is a vegan food blogger and always believes to serve humanity.
