Central Sensitivity Syndrome is a diagnosis that is growing more and more in popularity in the United States. It's been a more common diagnosis in other places across the world, and more done to study and treat it. A lot of people are walking around with unexplained things happening to their bodies, and no one seems to know the answers. I have learned a lot about this "disease", and I attempt to chronicle my journey from the onset of symptoms to where I stand today.

At church we grew up singing a song, "Everybody ought to know who Jesus is". Well, this is my travel through my discovery of who Jesus is, to me.

Fibromyalgia means pain all over your body, literally. It can range from barely any pain to excruciating pain. I personally have 18/18 pressure points, which equals severe fibromyalgia, BUT what caused it? I attempt to ask that question and hopefully together we can get the answers we need and deserve.
