Too often, we notice EPs and "albums" that are more of mixtapes but because artists are looking for revenue, they get called EPs and "albums" to fit the criteria. I ramble about how artists need to go back to the basics are creating mixtapes to better themselves.

Purpose of features or collaborations
One could say that the height of South African music had a lot of features, especially looking at SA Hip Hop and now, Amapiano. Some of the best music we've gotten from artists has either a feature or collab from another artist or a bunch of producers coming together to create magic.
