Covid Closure Activity: D-O-C
The vaccine is rolling out slower than hoped in many areas and with our advice to stay closed until minimally your staff are vaccinated, it's gonna be a while still. So I wanted to offer you an activity! Your organization can take advantage of this, your staff individually, or pass it on to your clients. We are calling it the D-O-C and it's a personal favorite of mine.
A little piece of housekeeping. Our team has two national presentations coming up: in February for NAAP and in April for NASW. We've launched a Digital Ageism group on Linkedin you are free to join, at no cost, where we'll share content and questions to get you thinking about your digital spaces being inclusive to older people. And a reminder that in January we are offering a discount on our in-service bookings! The in-service doesn't have to be in January, you just need to reach out to us during January. Email us ASAP at info@kovirpage.com
Covid & Annual Reports
HAPPY 2021! As we kick off this year, I want to help you get your annual report out. If you've been doing annual reports for years, this year's is going to look different - no doubt. If this is your first time, we've got some great tips and tools for you.

A Covid Lesson - Digital Intelligence and Ageism
In honor of launching our 2021 plan on increasing community-based service's ability to leverage digital tools and skillsets, we are going to dive into what it means to have digital intelligence and how not to fall into an ageism trap with your client base.
A little piece of housekeeping - We are offering remote in-services on aging and digital tools (building rapport, building community, how to do outreach, UX/UI, and more). Right now we are offering a few deals with those training and with our AgeFlux, a digital community-building platform with older people in mind. We are also helping clients in January put together their annual reports at a reduced rate, so feel free to contact us at info@kovirpage.com
Staff Morale
What a year it has been! We'll have one more episode in 2020 after this, but I do want to reflect on this year with the lens of how your staff has been feeling, and what you can do to increase morale.
A little piece of housekeeping - We are offering remote in-services on aging and digital tools (building rapport, building community, how to do outreach, and more with digital tools). Right now we are offering a few deals with our AgeFlux, a virtual senior center platform, and in JANUARY we start working with sites to build their annual report.

Mission Focused with a Client Avatar
At KovirPage, we've had some exciting developments helping non-profits take their communities virtual whether it's using our platform AgeFlux or allowing us to coach you through the process. Something we've been talking a lot about during this transition period - and honestly whenever we do strategic planning with non-profits - is what's called a "client avatar." Join us today to learn about what kind of questions you need to be asking as you dive deeper into your ideal client.
Communicating with Boards
As the end of the year draws closer, we are likely having some tough conversations with our board of directors about finances, program impact, staff morale, and overall agency health. It's easy to share the good news, harder to share bad news. Covid aside, it's often difficult to know exactly what the board wants to know and how they want to learn about it. I'll touch on this and more. See you inside!
Virtual Organizations
In today's episode, we are discussing Virtual Organizations. In some ways, we have had hybrid organizations for some time now: Websites, Social Media, Online Registration, CRMs for clients & for donors, and maybe some of you were already used to doing webinars before Covid hit. These are all virtual platforms that we had been leveraging to build agency awareness and outreach. Covid is here and it seems this winter will be worse than before and small sites need to prepare more now than ever. Why you need to consider a virtual organization, how to plan, and what to expect.

Hi Leaders and welcome to the Don't Lead Alone podcast. In today's episode, we are discussing Time Tracking. This can be useful if not necessary while building remote work practices, general time management, and even when it comes to funding.
