Insidious Systems of Control with Craig Williams by Healthier Vibrations
“The concept of systems of control, and their role in limiting the expansion of human consciousness, is fundamental to the investigations and revelations found within the Golgotha current. There exists distinct control mechanisms in place on both exoteric & esoteric levels of reality with obscure Pathways to self transformation and self-realization. Ahrimanic and Asuric in nature, these systems of control are Insidious, parasitic, and self-perpetuating, existing in a virus like level of awareness. The important work of Rudolf Steiner has extensively explored this concept and its implications, and this influence runs deep within the Golgotha current. What most individuals consider reality is in most cases a tightly-controlled manufactured mirage. These surreptitious systems of control exist in obvious exoteric paradigms such as governments, educational systems, organized religions as well as in consensual constructs of social awareness which are steadily reinforced by the receptive exoteric control paradigms. The systems of control which are initially the most dangerous function on the subtle esoteric level, inhibiting the expansion of human consciousness and clouding the mental atmospheres. These subtle control structures are often hibernating within seemingly harmless systems of spiritual expression, and are activated by an unbalanced egoic state of perception or by an individual who exists in a state of disharmony on a mental and or physical level. It is extremely important for individuals to become aware of such esoteric systems of control, and seek to recognize the signs and symptoms of such mechanisms of manipulations. My previous text, Entering the Desert, contains important information on such issues and the various complications that may arise if such parasitic control mechanisms are not addressed." ~ excerpt from Cult of Golgotha by Craig Williams In this discussion, Craig elaborates upon this passage from Cult of Golgotha and explains more about the the following. The difference between exoteric vs esoteric paradigms. Exoteric Systems of control in areas such as Government, educational systems, organized religion and how they play a role in limiting and controlling self-realization. Esoteric paradigms and control structures. Ahrimanic and asuric systems of control and MORE. This episode video can be watched on YouTube: Craig Williams (a.k.a. Ayurvedic Summer Health with Dr. Christie Smirl
Ayurveda is the ancient science of health and wellness that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Ayurveda is widely practiced internationally and is gaining recognition as a complete holistic field of medicine. Ayurveda has very specific recommendations for maintaining physiological balance during each season. During summer months the physiologic dosha, Pitta becomes accumulated in the body. Excessively elevated levels of Pitta in the body manifests in heat symptoms such as feeling overheated, irritated, inflamed and restless. High levels of Pitta can also dry the body tissues, create excessive thirst, red eyes, skin eruptions, burning mucous membranes and even abnormal bleeding. Here are some ways to avoid the rise of Pitta and maintain homeostasis during summer months.  Minimize Pitta aggravating foods and beverages such as tomatoes, bell peppers, eggplant, chilis, salsa, mustard, vinegar, sour foods, deep fried foods, alcohol, caffeine. Stay cool and hydrated. Drink plenty of filtered water. Coconut water is excellent in the summer too. In the summer months, agni, the digestive fire, is weaker. Therefore it is advised to eat lighter meals and reduce richer, heavier, harder to digest foods such as breads, cheese and meats. Ayurveda recommends meals such as fresh vegetable soups, salads and grains during the summer. Ayurveda recommends eating what is naturally growing during each season unless you have a specific imbalance. During the summer you can find a bounty of fresh vegetables at your local farmers market such as green leafy vegetables, asparagus, cucumber, beets, snap peas, celery, carrots, zucchini, corn, rhubarb. Eat plenty of summer fruits such as apricots, plums, peaches, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, nectarines, watermelon, grapes, mango, papaya and raspberries. Pitta pacifying herbs and spices such as fennel, cardamom, coriander, cilantro and mint can help keep balanced. Exercise during the cooler morning or evening hours. Take cooler showers or go for a swim. Practice more yin yoga with slow gentle stretches and cooling breath techniques such as nadi shodhana or sheetali pranayama.  I hope you all have a enjoyable summer and stay healthy.  For more information on Ayurveda education and training with Dr. Christie Smirl, visit Dr. Christie Smirl is a Doctorate of Ayurvedic Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, Master of Science, Yoga Teacher Trainer, ERYT, YACEP, Reiki Master, Musician and author.
