With that being said both doctors on The Wellbeings are in support of stopping smoking & not binge/excessive alcohol drinking. I'm a big believer in celebrating the small things without too much attachment/dependence. Myself & my 85 year old father are 'The Wellbeings', and for a few minutes we were the top 100 on the app (anchor) that showcases our show. We celebrated that & celebrated when a few minutes later we were top 500 again. Balance. Gratitude for it all. We will celebrate wherever we fall & that's part of a blueprint for a healthy life.
