Episode 6 - How I lost 22kg in 10 months! Member Story: Natter with Nabs
Nabs joined Gas Station Fitness & Nutrition in November 2020 when he weighed 92kg. Gyms closed shortly after. This didn’t stop Nabs from making incredible changes to his health and lifestyle.
