Lorraine, a Fantasy Fiction newbie, is chatting to Katie and Chris who know ALL about the Fantasy Genre and will be recommending some great books for Lorraine to start on.  They will also dip their toes into the world of Graphic Novels 

We are discussing Classic books today,  why is a book a classic?  what are your favourite classics?

Today, Lorraine will be talking to Katie and Derek about Banned books from over the years and the recent controversial Bannings in the USA. 

Nicola Davies is a zoologist and an author of many award-winning books for children. She was one of the original presenters of the BBC children’s wildlife programme, The Really Wild Show, alongside Chris Packham and Terry Nutkins. On this episode we talk to Nicola about her new book, The Song That Sings Us.
