So what is it really and why does it really matter?
Maybe you know what it is, but do you know how to create one that converts visitors to repeat paying customers?
A marketing funnel is a way of breaking down the customer journey all the way from the “awareness” stage (when they first learn about your business) to the “purchase” stage (when they’re ready to buy your product or service).

Secrets to dealing with Imposter syndrome | 222
What is Imposter syndrome?
You have probably heard the term “imposter syndrome” being used a whole lot, however, you may be wondering what it really is, maybe it’s just one of those things that people say and it doesn’t really have any implications or it doesn’t have any place in the real world, but I’m sorry to burst your bubble, imposter syndrome is actually a real thing.
Impostor syndrome refers to an internal experience of believing that you are not as competent as others.
According to a survey, about 70% percent of people have experienced it in their careers.
So I figured that if it is affecting so many people, then we have to talk about it and understand how to deal with it.
Also, did you know that there are more than 4 types of Imposter syndrome?
I was surprised too when I learnt about them.

Protect your mental health with these 6 Apps | 219
In 2017, 792 million people lived with a mental health disorder. This is about 10.7% of the world’s population (according to a report by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation)
Meanwhile, a WHO report says that mental health disorder will affect 1 in 4 people in any given year, (that’s the World Health organisation).
Mental health disorders are complex and can take many forms including depression, anxiety, bipolar, eating disorders and schizophrenia.
But what interested me in this topic is that two-thirds of people who suffer from this illness never want to see a professional for help.
And it’s mostly because of the stigma and discrimination associated with it, don’t get me started on the policy aspect, I don’t know if we even have a mental health policy in Nigeria.
And I think that’s why many people think that mental health illness is a white people problem. But the irony is that many people are clearly suffering from the same issue that they ignore.
In fact, only Lagos traffic is enough to affect you mentally...I’m sure you know that already.
But it’s not only when you go out that you should be scared for your mental health, during the lockdown, just having to stay in one place was almost traumatic for a lot of people, every day on Social media you could clearly see what it was doing to people.
And as always, I’ve got some help coming your way.
There are a lot of apps to help you take care of your mental health, but I know you like the free stuff, so I sieved through them to get you 6 free mental health apps.
They help you de-stress, they help you meditate, and some of them even help you stay in shape, so without wasting much time, let’s jump right in.

How to deal with creative block with mobile apps | 218
Creating content can be a hassle, even if it’s something that you love, sometimes your brain just decides to take a break without your permission and it’s not pretty at all.
Especially when you are on a deadline, no client or boss wants to hear about your “Writer’s block” or “Creative block”, all that matters is that you deliver.
But even beyond creating content, being creative in any space that you find yourself can have its downtimes.
And that’s why in this episode I will walk you through some super tips on how to deal with creative block.
Here I share 8 apps that can help you through your creative worst nightmare.
what is a creative block?
One definition describes it as the inability to access one’s internal creativity. It’s simply that, not like you’ve lost your creativity or your creative skills, but you’re experiencing a creative slowdown.
Did you know that there are different types of creative blocks?
I was shocked too when I learnt about the 6 types.
Listen in and also share with your creative buddies.
