7 Decades of Hair Industry Knowledge with Bettina Roth
This is an extremely special episode that we don't think you can find anywhere else. We have Bettina Roth, who started hair in June 1954, almost 70 years ago! Bettina's initial passion was in chemistry, but back in the 50s this type of study was discouraged (or as Bettina puts it, her father said NO!)
Bettina's father was also a hairstylist and forced her into working at his hair salon, and she really hated it. That was until she discovered there was an interesting chemistry that we hairstylists get to work with every day. This is what ignited her passion in the hair world and what has kept her in the industry for 7 whole decades!
In this episode, Bettina talks to us about her experience through the years and all of the things she discovered and experienced as a hairstylist through the decades.
Bettina's knowledge is truly inspiring and we're so honoured to have her as a guest on Shop Talk
